As long as any work that uses this BGM collection does not exceed 20,000,000 yen when the purchase price is taken times the number of units sold within the first year of release then it is free to use and without copyright. If it does exceed that amount, then a usage fee of .1% per song will be required. This return can be sent after the end of the year if that is the case.
